W.S. Tyler developed the basis for the first Test Sieve standard over 100 years ago. Repeatable test results and particle size distribution curves from laboratory to laboratory are extremely important to quality control programs.

W.S. Tyler provides Test Sieves in three grades:

Standard: Supplied with a Certificate of Compliance. Equal to ASTM E11 Compliance Sieve.
Certified: Supplied with NIST traceable histogram. Equal to ASTM E11 Inspection Sieve.
Certified-PLUS: Supplied with NIST traceable histogram. Equal to ASTM E11 Calibration Sieve.

TYLER WET WASH/ DEEP FRAME SIEVES

SPECIAL TEST SIEVE PRODUCTS

For use in the cement industry where water is introduced to the test sample. 3″, 8″, and 12″ diameters with drain holes in the sieve skirt for drainage. All Wet Wash Test Sieves are constructed either in the more durable all stainless steel or with a brass frame and stainless steel sieve cloth.

All test sieves above include drain holes in lower frame.
Available in US #4 – 325 meshes.
35 mesh backing is recommended for U.S.A. #200 and finer

W.S. TYLER TEST SIEVE ACCESSORIES

Stainless Steel & Brass Sieve Covers & Pans

The W.S. Tyler covers keep sieving materials inside the pan. It can be used on the 3″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 200mm, 300mm sieve models.

ULTRASONIC TEST SIEVE CLEANER

W. S. Tyler^® , Ultrasonic Test Sieve Cleaner is specially designed to provide a safe and effective means for cleaning test sieves. The compact and portable standard unit operates on 110 volt, 60 cycle current. The unit requires little, if any, maintenance.

The cleaner produces ultrasonic vibrations in a cleaning fluid bath, which cause contaminants to become dislodged from both the sieve frame and media. Vibrations up to 40,000 per second (40 kHz) are transmitted to the cleaning solution. Cleaning times range from 5-15 minutes. The unit will clean one 8″ (200 mm) diameter full height test sieve at a time.

These brushes are made specifically for the cleaning and upkeep of all of your Test Sieves. They will not damage or hinder the performance or quality of your sieve.
